Pay Here Stay Here provides alternative credit assessment and application packaging services to help underserved individuals, gig workers, and non-traditional earners seek rental approval from landlords and real estate management companies. We do not guarantee housing placement, as final approval rests entirely with the property management companies and landlords.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when submitting any assessment or application through our platform. Falsifying income, identity, or historical data may result in immediate termination of services and notification to relevant property networks.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HomeBridge America Inc., Pay Here Stay Here, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of housing opportunity, data, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the outcomes of our application packaging services.
